Paradise Lisbon SPA purpose is to provide a pleasant, comfortable and especially safe environment, where you can relax and enjoy excellent service

We have special hygiene care of our space and therapists, as well as in the hygiene of the areas, after each client, in the use of disposable products, in the washing of towels by specialized companies, etc. We also test for covid all our staff. Results are available for clients’s to view at our reception

In order for our client to do his massage with complete confidence, we have adopted the following safety measures:

Space and Therapists:

We test for covid all our staff and results and vaccination certificates, are available to be viewed by our clientes at our reception. 

All our facilities are cleaned, sanitized and disinfected at the beginning of each day.

In addition, we have relocated the hygiene and disinfection of the space after each client, namely common areas, showers and rooms as well as areas of greater use.

This work is done with branded products and recommended for this purpose.

We measure body temperature for our therapists several times a day.

Our space is aired several times a day whenever possible.

As is also usual of our spa, all towels are washed by a specialized company, respecting the official recommendations.

Our team follows all official recommendations, and reinforcements in hygiene care, including frequent hand washing, use of masks, social distancing rules, extra transport care, etc.

Our team is duly informed by us with the support of the hygiene and safety company with which we work, of all safety procedures and rules, which must be complied with.

Our Customers:

At the entrance, it is mandatory to sanitize the hands with alcohol gel that we provide

The use of a mask is mandatory. A disposable mask will be provided free of charge if the customer does not have yours.

The sole of the shoes will be disinfected at the entrance so that the client can enter comfortably and without the risk of contaminating the SPA.

A rapid measurement of body temperature will be performed.

Our menu of massages and prices, is available electronically through “QR Code”, so the customer can see on their phone

It is mandatory to have made reservation to be able to be attended.
