Massage Duration

The stated duration corresponds to the time reserved for the massage.

Please allow some additional time before the session for the mandatory shower and preparation, and also after the massage if you wish to shower before leaving the spa.

Shower Before and After the Massage

For hygiene and comfort, taking a shower before the massage is mandatory.

After the session, you may also use the facilities at Paradise Lisbon Spa to shower before leaving.

Health Conditions

If you have a medical condition, injury, persistent pain, circulatory, muscular or joint problems, allergies or a skin condition, please inform us before the massage.

If you are unsure whether a massage is suitable for your health condition, we recommend seeking advice from a healthcare professional before your session.

Choosing Your Therapist

You can view the profiles of our Therapists and indicate your preference when making a reservation.

Availability varies throughout the day. If you would like to have your massage with a specific Female Therapist, we recommend booking in advance.

Male Therapists

Our Male Therapists only provide massages lasting 1 hour or longer and do not provide 30-minute massages.

Advance booking is mandatory for Male Therapists.

Nature of Our Massages

The massages provided at Paradise Lisbon Spa are professional massage experiences and do not include any type of sexual service.

Massages Exclusively at Our Spa Locations

All Paradise Lisbon Spa massages take place exclusively at our Estefânia and Picoas locations in Lisbon.

We do not provide massage services at hotels, private homes or other locations.
